Reception/Client Services Officer Role in Canberra

With six offices across regional NSW and the ACT, Twomeys is looking for a motivated Administration Assistant/Receptionist (Client Services Officer) to become an integral part of our Canberra based team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering outstanding client service while building positive relationships.
  • Manage reception and front office duties with professionalism and care.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Process data accurately and manage appointments using Microsoft Office.
  • Uphold office procedures while demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing your time efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone eager to learn and grow in an office administration role, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • A confident and friendly communicator with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a sharp eye for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various computer applications.
  • A collaborative team player who excels at managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Certification in Business Administration, Bookkeeping or Account is preferred but not essential.

Manager Business Services / Senior Accountants - Canberra/Young/Cootamundra

We are seeking highly motivated, passionate and relationship-focused Managers and Senior Accountants to join our dynamic Business Services teams in Young and Cootamundra. In these full-time roles, you will be responsible for delivering proactive business advisory, taxation and accounting services to our diverse and extensive client base. With Twomeys offices across Canberra (Fyshwick and Gungahlin) Young, Cootamundra, Harden and Cowra, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership, accelerate your personal growth and expand your own client portfolio across our network.

Ideally you will have:

Relevant experience in taxation, client advisory and business services

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in public practice

CA or CPA credentials (or currently working towards)

Competence in a range of software including Microsoft Office, Xero, MYOB and Access Practice Manager 

Experience in managing people and working in a team

 Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
